Click on “Reply” button in the review box
To reply to a review, choose one of the following options:
Write your own personalized review and click on “Post Reply”.
Click on “AI Reply” to utilize the power of our AI-assisted review engine for suggested responses. (Platform language affects the language of AI Generated replies).
Click on “Reply Templates” to use predefined templates for efficient responses
You can also flag or assign a review to a team member.
