Review Management stands as a pivotal feature within Post Business, empowering users to seamlessly monitor and craft responses to customer reviews. With the ability to access all reviews, categorize them according to necessary actions, and leverage a range of tools including reply templates, AI-assisted responses, and flagging options, users can efficiently manage their reviews with precision.

2. Replying to Reviews

  1. Open review management to visualize all reviews.

  2. Identify reviews requiring action

  3. Click on “Reply” button in the review box

  4. To reply to a review, choose one of the following options:

    1. Write your own personalized review and click on “Post Reply”.

    2. Click on “AI Reply” to utilize the power of our AI-assisted review engine for suggested responses. (Platform language affects the language of AI Generated replies).

    3. Click on “Reply Templates” to use predefined templates for efficient responses

  1. You can also flag or assign a review to a team member.
