Response templates are predefined messages used for efficiently replying to reviews or customer inquiries. Admins can create customized templates tailored to different scenarios or languages.
Navigate to the Response Templates section.
Click "Create" at the top right.
Enter a title, choose a language, and select a review tone.
Craft the review template and use variables if needed.
Click "Create" to save the template.
You can duplicate a template by clicking the duplicate option .
