Getting Started

1. If You Have an Account

1.1. Login

  1. Go to the Post Business login page.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click "Login" to access your dashboard.

2. If You Don't Have an Account

2.1. Signup Online

Setting up and configuring your account ensures smooth and personalized access to Post Business features, optimizing your experience and enabling efficient management of your business information and activities.

  1. Go to the Post Business signup page and signup with your email address and password.

  2. After signing up, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your address and continue the signup process.

  3. Provide your first name, last name, job title, company name, phone number, CR number, company location, and the number of locations your company operates.

  4. Select your preferred communication language (e.g., English) and click "Save & Continue" to proceed.

  5. Choose the plan that best suits your needs based on the number of locations you want to pay for.

  6. Click "Get Started" to select your plan and proceed with the payment process, 

  7. After successfully completing the payment process, Click on the "Connect” button to integrate your Google Business Profile (GBP) account and follow the prompts to authorize access to your GBP account.

Ensuring a smooth start, before getting started, ensure you have a valid GBP account with verified listings. Kindly note that you must be an owner on the listing that you plan to manage via the platform.

This is crucial for managing your business locations effectively.

What is GBP?
Google Business Profile (GBP) is a free tool provided by Google that allows businesses to manage their online presence across Google Search and Google Maps. It helps businesses connect with customers, provide essential business information, and enhance visibility.
  1. After integrating your GBP account , review the list of locations associated with your business and select the locations you want to activate within the Post Business platform.

  2. Click on the "Activate" button to activate the selected locations.


2.2. Signup Offline

  1. Contact Post Business customer support to assist you with the offline signup process.

  2. Provide the necessary details over the phone or via email as instructed by the support team.

  3. Follow their guidance to complete your account setup.
