Automatic Rules

1. Overview

    Automate review management processes for efficient handling of incoming reviews automatically. With automatic rules you can auto reply or auto flag selected reviews based on the preset criteria.

    2. Creating Automatic Rules

    1. Click "Create" in the Automatic Rules section.
    2. Name the rule and set conditions (rating, status).

    3. Define actions and select applicable locations.

    4. Click "Save" to create the rule.

    • Edit by clicking the pencil icon.🖉

    • Duplicate by selecting and clicking duplicate.

    • Delete by selecting and clicking delete.
